Ms. Clarisse Agliday shares also some tips in dealing with the mental health. In terms of being mental well-being, she connect with other people, family and close friends, I have been arranging night out every Saturday after work with my closest friends to catch up and sharing our life and work experiences.
“Silence is more deafening than loud noise” so create some conversation with your families and close friends.
When in terms of having the idea of losing interest in job because of the pandemic she shares her experience and said: ”Thankfully i never experience losing interest in my current job this is because i really enjoyed and still challenge in my work.”

Mrs.Patricio experienced fear and anxiety because of CoViD-19. Everyone has their way to cope up with fear and anxiety. As for her, she accepts the fact that everything in this world is temporary. The inspiration from her family helped her cope up with fear and anxiety.
The discomfort and anxiety of the people around Mrs.Patricio bothers her. It takes toll on people’s mental health. It affects their body as a whole. When it does, it inevitably affects the people around them and with the work they do. That is why in their company, they’re conducting a weekly bible study. It is where they share the word of the Lord, and it is also their time to share their experiences, whether good or bad, with friends, families, and co-workers.

Mr. Dante shares some tips on how to handle yourself when being stress in life and keep on being motivated. He shares that, “If I will going to rate my stress level in work that would be 5 out of 10 because I experience a lot of stress many times but I still keep going and as long as you know how to handle it you should believe in yourself.” He’s belief on being stress is to always believe on yourself that you can handle it no matter what. If you experience it many times then you can solve it at the same time.
During his work he always think of his motivation why he keep going on his business. We asked him if what is his motivation in life and he answered that “My family is my motivation, and as a father I have to provide them a food in the table”. Mr. Dante motivates himself by always thinking about his family and never let them starve.

When Ms. Wella felt that she was having a lower-than-usual interest in the activities that she usually enjoyed, she tried to focus on the other things that could divert her attention. She usually watch entertaining shows, reads books and pray. “Always asks for God's advice, be ready and be professional” is her message for the aspiring Human Resource Personnel.
We are beyond grateful to witness Ms. Wella’s Life of being HR. Giving us an opportunity to take a glimpse of what it would look like about being an HR. Sharing her experience and how she deal with a challenging situation on her job, especially during a pandemic. Those foregoing stories of her life being an Human Resource Personnel may serve as a new learnings on us, Future HR!
What makes you stay on the job, is the love you have on it.

When someone is facing anxiety and depression Ms. Padual’s advice is to take a deep breath and do something that will divert their attention. When her friend told her she is really stress Ms. Padual will tell her to watch some funny or comedy video to ease the stress, then face the cause of stress one at a time. Time management is the key.

You cannot mandate productivity; you must provide the tools to let people become their best.

Ms Villasista shares her experience on how to handle yourself when being stress. when you feel overwhelmed by work, family, and personal life you need to rest. you need to distance yourself from negative things that can add to your problem. all you have to do is do the things that make you happy. go to the places you like where you can forget your problem for a while and enjoy that moment.A person's life is too short. maybe tomorrow or the next day, year, you are out of this world. so if you let the problems affect you you will not be able to enjoy the life you have now.

Mr. Danielle Apostol also shares his experience during this pandemic about handling his employee he said that "I need to remind them everyday or much better is every hour to ensure that they can also communicate with us and we know that our employees are in good condition so they can work efficiently" He also shares the importance of a family for him a family always always reminds you how important is you to them and they always motivates you when you are experiencing stress in your work and everything.
He state that "for me, my family is always by my side so I can work whether I'm stress because of paper works and sometimes, shortage of financial also they motivate me and reminding me that I can manage it and I can do it. So I'm not afraid" Mr. Danielle always being motivated by his family by the love of his family he never thinks about the stress in life because as long as there is someone who will motivates you to go on, there will be no unsolved problems.

HR professionals are faced with a lot of tough situations during the course of their careers. As we discussed about mental health, it has become a catch-all term to describe all issues that may affect the mind as opposed to the body. Mr. Cama understands his job and responsibilities very well. One of his primary purposes is to ensure that employees feel comfortable at work and so he must be mentally healthy.
His advice is to go to a specialist who can help them with their mood swings. Emotions are everywhere in the workplace and dealing with them at work is unavoidable. Mr. Cama shares how he manages to express his emotions. He simply eats and treats himself outside.
