Ms. Krysh Villasista shares her story being HR GENERALIST, she believes that she has made a great contribution as an hr generalist in her company. As an hr generalist she leads all departments in all their activities including solving the various problems they face. When selecting an employee who wants to be part of their company, every detail of the applicant's resume is carefully considered.  The applicant must first prove that he or she is eligible to be part of their company. Because she believed that employees selection was the first step in elevating the company. Because the employees will be the way to make every aspiration of the company successful and it also comes with good and effective leadership.

    In this time of pandemic, Many have changed their company practices. the only example of this is that most of their employees are already working in their own homes. Another example is that the interview of applicants is virtual only. these changes did not come easily at the start of the pandemic because they were not prepared. but they only keep up with the change taking place so that they can fulfill their duties to each other.
