Ms. Padual is a Professional HR & Admin Officer and she believes that whenever she’s making a business decision in their organization she has the best interest in her mind. She always sees to it that her decision is always for the welfare of all the employees and the same time align with the labor code. During this pandemic the company where Ms. Padual work imposed work from home set up to protect its employee to be exposed from the virus. The company also provide engineers their own barracks and location of department, this is to limit the exposure of other people aside from their team.

 

Even though they are under work-from-home they are still monitored by checking if all employees meet their target. A virtual meeting call was held if there are urgent matters need to discuss. Same goes with their deployed engineers. She still collaborates with her team during this pandemic by doing a lot of project for the company. Noted that the collaboration will only be successful if all is willing to accept the changes. Ms. Padual’s management style includes the planning, leading, organization, and controlling (PLOC).
