Ms.Wella works as Senior Talent Acquisition Representative for over a year now. She share her experiences and  life of being an Human Resource Personnel with us. Ms. Wella’s passion on the job and her love for the company gives her tremendous reason to stay on her company. Seeing an applicant happy once they got the job is what makes her love even more her job position, that what’s make her inspired to strive more. The most unforgettable experience that she had as an HR is that there are some applicants who are very stubborn and sometimes some of the applicants tend to have an attitude problem. Inspite of that, Ms. Wella  assured that she will manage the situation professionally.

    

    Amid the pandemic, looking for people who are willing to work onsite for the job that needs to be done on-site is one of the problem they have faced. For her, she is more comfortable to work from home. Her perspective being safe is what makes someone feel comfortable working. To be productive on her work, one of the things she adjusts is her time. She tried to manage it as well as she could.
